HFH/MJ partners with families who have a reliable source of income* and that meet the following income guidelines:

House payments start at about $275 a month, depending on the size of the house needed.
*Applicants need to be employed for at least ONE YEAR.
** Income includes wages before taxes, child support, Social Security and disability payments.
*** Information for families larger than 5 members is available at the meeting or by calling our office.
