There was some more shake-up in the poll this week after University of Mississippi, University of Georgia, University of Arizona, University of Utah, University of West Virginia and University of East Carolina lost. The loss also marked the end of the playoff hopes for the Rebels, Bulldogs, Utes and Wildcats.
Ole Miss and Georgia fell out of the Top 10 and opened the door for Kansas State and Baylor of the Big 12 to move in. Arizona State University is the highest-ranking Pac-12 team after Oregon as the rest of the conference take out each other.
After this week's games, the poll will be in more flux, since there are several match-ups between ranked teams.
