Soul Spa will offer massages, facials, body treatments, nail services and more. The spa will consist of seven treatment rooms, manicure and pedicure stations, a sauna, showers and an outdoor courtyard with a whirlpool. United Kingdom-based beauty-product supplier ESPA will partner with Soul Spa to carry its line of essential oils and other products, making Soul Spa the only ESPA provider in Mississippi.

Other amenities will include a 110-minute stress-relief body treatment that will feature a full-body exfoliation, facial cleanse and an individually tailored massage with aromatherapy oils. The spa also features a couples room that will offer a couples treatment that includes body brushing and exfoliation, a massage with essential oils and warmed volcanic stones, a scalp massage and gentle stretching.

Soul Spa will also offer light food and beverages in its relaxation room and courtyard during operating hours. The menu will focus on fresh and healthy foods along with a daily selection of fruit smoothies. Champagne and wine will also be available. Soul Spa will provide non-hotel guests with complimentary valet parking and access to the Westin workout facility and indoor pool.

Launch Trampoline Park Coming to Pearl

Launch Franchising, LLC recently announced that a new Launch Trampoline Park will open in the metro area on July 1. Launch Jackson (422 Riverwind Drive, Pearl) will occupy more than 25,000 square feet of space with 10,000 square feet devoted to trampolines.

The park will feature open jump areas, two dodgeball courts, a basketball trampoline court, a ninja jumping course, a foam pit with a battle beam and a laser-tag facility with 3D effects. Launch Jackson will be available for birthday parties, fundraisers, fitness classes, private events and other functions.

Launch Jackson will also feature an arcade, a birthday area with private party rooms, and the Launch Cafe, which will serve sodas, pizza, ice cream and more.

Innovate Mississippi Partners with Delta I-Fund

Innovate Mississippi recently announced that it is seeking Mississippi entrepreneurs to participate in a partnership program called the Delta I-Fund Virtual Accelerator, which aims to fund up to $50,000 in proof-of-concept work for new businesses.

The Delta I-Fund is a 12-week virtual accelerator program for entrepreneurial startup teams in every state in the Delta region. Each entrepreneurial team must reside within the Delta region and have a minimum of two members to participate. The program pairs teams with experienced mentors in the region representing their business.

Delta I-Fund hosts two courses per year for companies in their early stages of development. Courses cover topics such as how to make viable products, how to get in front of the market, and how to assess feedback on a product. Professional mentors offer coaching and assistance tailored to where a group is in its development and plot out a proper course as the group moves forward.
