You can't talk about Mississippi blues and jazz without talking about Jesse Robinson. A major player in the local blues scene for the last four decades, Robinson has played with Bobby Rush and was pivotal in the popularity of joints like Subway Lounge which was the subject of a 2003 documentary. This is Robinson's annual big Christmas bash in the Red Room. Each year he rounds up some of the wildest, most talented bands, musicians and friends to play alongside him.
