Now I will look into my crystal ball and see if I can figure out the conferences on the outside looking in as far as the BCS is concerned. I'm adding BCS Buster potential in this post. Not every conference will have a potential BCS Buster. Since there are four FBS Independents I will just post what I think their win/loss record will be this year.
