Today is Friday August 16 and is the first day of Jackson's first R&B Festival. The music starts at 6 p.m. tonight, so there's still plenty of time to get to the Ag Museum.
Tonight's headliners are Mint Condition. Towmorrow it's Dr. John, the Nitetripper.
I'll be using this space throughout the festival to post updates before, during, and after. Stay tuned here for info and if you can't make it out tonight, then maybe I'll see you tomorrow!
