The Atlanta Braves demoted Jeff Francoeur to Class AA Mississippi last week. Frenchy was expected to stay with the M-Braves for approximately two weeks to work on his hitting with M-Braves manager Phillip Wellman and return to the big leagues after the All-Star break. Instead, Francoeur was in Pearl for three days before being called back up to Atlanta on Monday.
