The City of Jackson is encouraging citizens of Jackson to participate in Roll-Off Dumpster Day. Residents can take tree limbs, other yard debris, and household items to one of the following locations on February 4, 2017 from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., weather permitting.

From October 2016 – September 2017, Roll-Off Dumpster will not always fall on the 2nd Saturday. Also, we will not have dumpsters at 7 locations. We will have dumpsters at the 4 locations listed below. These locations will not change.

North Smith Wills Stadium, 1200 block of Lakeland Drive, east of softball field

Central Gravel lot just east of 2550 Medgar Evers Boulevard, old Pepsi building west of Jackson Medical Mall

West Raines Park, 5260 Clinton Boulevard & Flag Chapel Road, located in parking lot

South Tennis South Center, 1517 McDowell Road, located in parking lot

Residents may bring all household furniture, small appliances and accessories for disposal. However, tires, chemicals and gas tanks are not accepted in Roll off Dumpster program. Participants are required to place debris inside dumpster provided at the locations.

City business and residents living outside the city limits of the City of Jackson are not eligible to participate. Proof of residency may be required.

Roll-Off Dumpster Day will be the following dates:

February 4, 2017 March 4, 2017
April 29, 2017 May 27, 2017
June 24, 2017 July 22, 2017 August 19, 2017 September 16, 2017
