Rep. John Moore, R-Brandon, has a bill that would require the death penalty in statutory rape cases where the victim is 13 years old or younger and when the defendant is 18 or older.

Who the hell thinks these things up? Is there a private service who sales new ideas for morality laws to a brain dead legislature somewhere? If there is then Mississippi must be their biggest account. Do we not have enough laws to cover this one written up somewhere? Couldn't Phil's violent crime, strike, task, ninja, "maybe if I have enough guns my penis will be bigger" force guard these 13 year olds on those low violent crime days?
