Do you know that students who do not pass their state tests cannot graduate?
United Way, Jackson Public Schools and the Jackson-Hinds Library System are partnering to offer State Test Workshops during spring break in the subjects of U.S. History, English II, Algebra I and Biology I .
The two-day workshops are for high-school seniors only, and will be held Tuesday and Wednesday, March 12 and 13 at the Eudora Welty, Richard Wright and Medgar Evers libraries from 9 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. (breakfast provided).
The workshops are free, but pre-registration is required. Only 50 students per library will be accepted due to space limitations.
