There's a new sheriff in town. Well, technically there's a new Honorary Deputy Sheriff Chaplain in town -- and his name is the Rev. Rev. Jackson was in the capital city over the weekend meeting with area civic and clergy officials working to establish a local branch of Rainbow PUSH, the nonprofit organization he founded. Yesterday, Jackson addressed students at Callaway High School where he warned young people against engaging in self-destructive behavior and led an impromptu voter registration drive, asking students over age 17 to fill out voter registration forms.
