Tara Blumenthal—a Jackson resident and native of Rankin County—offers a playful approach in her group yoga classes as well as a unique therapeutic approach in her private yoga sessions—powerfully blending proper alignment with a positive attitude.

The studio offers massage specials and yoga package deals and will regularly be open Monday through Saturday.
