Located directly in the heart of downtown Jackson, the Municipal Art Gallery has become the center of cultural and artistic expression for local artists and welcomed guests. The art gallery displays permanent art collections which date back to the 1940’s and features semimonthly exhibitions from Mississippi artists. Today, the art gallery continues to serve as a stepping stone for up-and-coming artists who aspire to impact the lives of viewers.
