Charles Young, D-Meridian, brandished his unloaded gun on the House floor on Feb. 8, as he spoke on House Bill 1083, which would allow Mississippians with enhanced carry licenses to bring claims against public entities, including universities, with policies that prohibit them from carrying weapons on public property.
