City of Jackson workers install the Christmas tree in front of City Hall. The tree, at over 25 feet tall, was cut from city-owned land behind the shooting range on McDowell Road. The City announced on Thursday afternoon that the Christmas parade had been rescheduled for Dec. 10 due to inclement weather this weekend.

Due to forecasted inclement weather, the City of Jackson’s annual Christmas Parade has been rescheduled from Saturday, Dec. 3, to Dec. 10 at noon.
