Inspector "Beat Down" Lipscomb: "Welcome to the Ghetto Science Team Counter Terrorism conference. Terrorism has become a reality around the world. People under the influence of the 'Drum Major Instinct' use terror to intimidate or coerce a government, individuals or groups, or to modify their behavior or politics.

"I came up with this conclusion after reading Dr. King's Drum Major Instinct Sermon. Allow me to share the part of the sermon that motivated me to develop the GST Counter Terrorism Force: 'I would submit to you this morning that what is wrong in the world today is that the nations of the world are engaged in a bitter, colossal contest for supremacy. And if something doesn't happen to stop this trend, I'm sorely afraid that we won't be here to talk about Jesus Christ and about God and about brotherhood too many more years.'

"And you know things have gotten out of control, when a man hides high-powered explosives in his underwear and boards an airplane to blow it up.

"Terrorism, inspired by the 'Drum Major Instinct,' also affects the poor and disenfranchised communities. It's time to counteract terror waged on the working and middle classes. It's time to protect our citizens from various forms of terrorism, such as economic, ecological, mental and physical. With the GST Counter Terrorism Force's 'Tight But It's Right' Security Squads, combined with efficient and effective rebukes, beat downs and swift justice, we can achieve world peace and rent money. Thank you!"

Sho Nuff, Ken. Most folks would have told the terror recruitors "there has to be something else I can do for you killers 'side wearing a bomb near my 3 road dogs." That young man had to be really depressed. I see hope though, Ken. I saw Lil Wayne on television the other day discussing his impending jail term and I noticed his britches hanging off his tail as he performed. I said to myself that's funky and filthy looking. Lo and Behold 3 weeks later, General Larry Pratt, an Atlanta Civil Rights Fighter and up and coming rapper, put out a hit record to address the issue called "Pants on the Ground." I love the part that says: Pants on the Ground. Pants on the ground. You're looking like a fool with your pants on the ground. Gold in your mouth, hat turned sideways. You're looking like a fool with your pants on the ground. So get em up. So get em up, because you look like a fool with your ass out your pants. Ken I cried as I listened to the timeless and beautifully delivered song that addressed social and cultural issues that befall our young people. General Pratt's face or likening should be up on that hill with the 4 presidents.
