The exhibit showcases important, influential and comical legislation that passed in the Old Capitol from 1839 to 1902. Exhibit hangs through June 24. Hours are 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday and 1-5 p.m. Sunday.

"Pieces of the Past: Women of Influence"

The rotating artifact exhibit contains memorabilia related to powerful female leaders in Mississippi history. Displayed through June 24. Hours are 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday and 1-5 p.m. Sunday.

The camp for children in grades 4-6 includes viewing artifacts, making crafts and touring historic buildings in Jackson. Sessions are July 16-20 and July 23-27 from 8:30 a.m.-noon . Pre-registration required.
