Wed. Lunch @ Peaches: This week, Mayoral Candidate Brenda Scott & Ward 4 Candidate Jackie Norris

Soul food Forums continues this week as we rev up towards election day 2009. This week we've got two candidates for th price of one. Mayoral candidate Brenda Scott and Ward 4 candidate Jackie Norris will be on hand to talk about their platforms and take your questions. Great soul food, and you get a chance to grill the candidates.

REMEMBER: This is the most important election in our city's history. Regardless if youve picked a candidate or don't live in Ward 4 you need to come hear what these folks have to say. From thier mouths to your ears with no filler!

11:30am..Be there and spread the word Wednesday April 15th

Indeed it is a capable bunch..but what I tell everyone is that though you may not live in a particular ward..these councilpersons will be serving EVERYONE so who wins in 4 will affect someone who lives in Ward 2 because they vote on laws that affect the ENTIRE city. so this is an opportunity to hear what their views are.

NewJackson: is that bad as in good or bad as in bad? I'm an old woman, and I have trouble with the new lingo.

I think he means bad as in good. Otherwise, he wouldn't vote for her.
