NFL football, Indianapolis vs. Washington in Hall of Fame Game (7 p.m., ESPN): Its time for Americas third-favorite sport: NFL preseason football. Peyton Manning wont be playing, and Taylorsville Jason Campbell wont play for long.

MLB baseball, Houston at Chicago Cubs (6 p.m., ESPN): Can the Astros slow down the Cubs drive toward the NL Central crown? No.
Tuesday, Aug. 5
MLB baseball, Atlanta at San Francisco (9:15 p.m., SportSouth/620 AM): If the Braves cant get into the playoffs, at least they can go somewhere nice while they slip further behind.
