- "Fuel the New Year" Wellness Program

- The six-month program includes a weight-loss contest and monthly nutrition workshops to help improve eating habits. Workshops are Feb. 2, March 1, April 2, May 3, June 7 and July 12 at 7 p.m. The grand prize winner is announced at the July 12 workshop. The contest is free to participants who sign up for a 5K or marathon program. Contest optional; workshops available at $10 each.
