LIBRARY COMMISSION KICKS OFF NEW YEAR WITH McKEY, PARSONS EXHIBIT: Jan 3 – Feb 27.; Jackson, Miss – The Mississippi Library Commission kicked off its 2012 art exhibits with local artist, Richard McKey and sculptor, Casey Parsons. The two-month exhibit will run from Tuesday, January 3, thru Monday, February 27.
