Mississippi Pulp Con: Sat, Feb 11, 12:00 pm.; The annual event is a showcase of eclectic talent in genres such as comic art, pop art and pulp literature. Special guests include artist Billy Tackett, author Dr. Alan Brown, filmmaker Richard Landry and representatives from the Mississippi Society of Paranormal Investigators. The event also includes vendors and film screenings. Alia Thabit gives a dance workshop Feb. 11 from 3-6 p.m. ($45).
