Line Dance Lessons

Brianne Connelly teaches the class in the Academy Building Mondays from 6:30-7:30 p.m through Aug. 27. Reservations preferred. $2 discount for members.

The Southern Cultural Heritage Foundation (SCHF) presents “Line Dancing by Brianne”. The classes will meet from 6:30pm-7:30pm on Mondays in August (August 6,13,20,27). Cost of the each class is $5 for SCHF members and $7 for nonmembers. Local instructor, Brianne Connelly, will instruct the class.

Connelly is originally from Oshkosh, Wisconsin and moved to the South (Lake Village, Arkansas) to teach middle school art in 2007. She has practiced a variety of dance forms throughout her life attending various dance programs throughout the country including the Hip Hop Dance Conservatory in NYC and Zenon Dance School in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She has taught line dancing for the past five years for Greenville Higher Education Center in Greenville, MS. She is excited to teach through the SCHF.

This class is for enrichment and fun. Those with two left feet are welcome! Participants in the class will learn a wide variety of dances with various music styles. This class is for all ages.
