Join us this Monday night for a beer tasting! Featuring selections from Capital City Beverage, we will be offering both high gravity and Trappist beers. High gravity beers, or those that have an increased weight of sugar and gravity "pull" in the fermentation process, are specialty craft beers that are typically more flavorful and meant to be sipped slowly. Trappist beers derive their name from the European monks who brew these ales as a means to support themselves and their monasteries.
